LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — Heavy rain and flash-flood conditions have impacted infrastructure and power across the state early Thursday morning.

On June 17, Lexington emergency management officials said that a flood watch would be in effect until 9 a.m. on Thursday, June 18. A tornado watch is in effect locally until 11 a.m.
