WINCHESTER, Ky. (FOX 56) — A search is underway by Winchester police after a man allegedly robbed a local BP gas station at gunpoint before driving away in what appears to be an industrial vehicle.
The Winchester Police Department announced that just before 12:25 p.m. on Friday, June 19, officers were called to the BP on Rolling Hills Lane in response to reports of an armed robbery.

Authorities said a white man dressed in dark clothing drew a gun in the gas station and demanded money.
Officers shared photos of a white man with facial hair wearing sunglasses, a dark-colored polo, and a baseball cap, asking for help identifying him in connection with the robbery investigation.
