Man allegedly robs Lexington gas station twice in just over a week

LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — Lexington police have arrested someone in connection with two reported robberies earlier in June.

On June 11, officers were called to the BP gas station on Waller Avenue for a reported robbery, during which the suspect displayed a gun.

Then on Friday, June 19, officers were called to the same gas station for a reported burglary, with the suspect damaging the front window before fleeing.

Luckily, no injuries were reported in either incident.

Court documents show that 31-year-old Jonathan Parker faces several charges in connection with the robberies, including:

  • First-degree robbery
  • First-degree wanton endangerment
  • First-degree criminal mischief
  • Third-degree attempted burglary
  • third-degree fleeing or evading police
