LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – The University of Kentucky is looking for a buyer for a small parking lot located on South Broadway near the Arts and Visual Studies building, according to a report from the Lexington Herald-Leader.
The property at 245 Bolivar Street is for sale for $6.1 million, and the university wants the purchase to be in cash.
