After more than six decades serving Central Kentucky, Jack Kain Ford and its Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center in Versailles have been sold to Joe O’Brien and Mason Moore, owners of O’Brien Ford in Shelbyville.
The sale marks the end of family ownership for one of the region’s longtime automotive dealerships and begins a new chapter under the O’Brien organization.
In a news release, the Kain family said choosing a buyer was about more than completing a sale. They wanted someone who shared the values the dealership was built on and would continue serving customers, employees and the community with the same commitment.
