WEST LIBERTY, Ky. (WKYT) – The wife of a prisoner killed at the Eastern Kentucky Correctional Complex filed a lawsuit against the Department of Corrections, according to the Lexington Herald-Leader.
KSP says 34-year-old Robert Broyles was found unresponsive in his cell during morning count at just nine days before his release.
