Amid growing concerns from businesses in the Chevy Chase area regarding work on water main projects, the city took the step two weeks ago of filing a formal complaint with the Public Service Commission, which oversees utilities.
The city’s complaint raised issues with the company’s construction practices, delays, and damage to public property, among other concerns.
