GALLATIN, Tenn. — SERVPRO Team Phillips/Smith, which operates restoration businesses in Kentucky and Ohio, has been named the company’s 2025 Franchise of the Year for multi-market owners.
The award is SERVPRO’s highest annual franchise honor and recognizes customer service, operational performance, leadership, service quality and community involvement. Jeff Smith and Jason Phillips accepted the award during SERVPRO’s 57th annual convention in San Diego.
