LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – Kentucky Attorney General Russell Coleman said Fayette County Public Schools violated the commonwealth’s open records laws.
The violation occurred when the district failed to provide records of its position control document, which tracks listed positions within the district and the accompanying salaries. The district had previously listed the salaries of all district employees.
