LEXINGTON, Ky. — Thousands of Lexington residents are receiving letters notifying them their medical debt has been wiped away through a city-funded relief program.
The nonprofit Undue Medical Debt announced a fourth round of medical debt relief in partnership with Lexington, eliminating over $8 million in debt for 4,189 Fayette County residents.
