LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – The very wet weather continues here in Kentucky. There will be breaks but plenty of rain will fall through Saturday. Our southwest skies are where you need to turn to see these rounds of rain rolling into Kentucky. It has been action-packed from that direction over the past few days and it will continue to be the part of the sky to watch. As of this post, we have picked up around 1″ to 1.5″ in Lexington. Between now and Saturday, an additional 1-2″ will be possible. It looks like eastern Kentucky could see an extra 1-3″ during this same time.
