RICHMOND, Ky. (WKYT) – The family of an employee at the Georgetown Toyota plant is speaking out following his sudden death. An Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) report said on November 15, 2022, 39-year-old Diego Garcia was helping a coworker remove lockers from a hallway when the lockers tipped over, hitting Garcia’s head and pinning him to the ground.
