SCOTT COUNTY, Ky. (FOX 56) – Scott County Animal Care and Control is asking the community for information after two dogs were abandoned on the side of the road. SCACC said that around 2 a.m. on Thursday, officers were called to Crambaugh Pike regarding two large dogs that were abandoned inside a wire crate, covered in feces.
