LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) – Lexington police were in the right place at the right time early Sunday while actively patrolling an intersection. At 3:01 a.m., an officer said they were on patrol near the intersection of New Circle Road and Eastland Drive when they saw someone in a vehicle shoot at another vehicle.
