Snow can stick in the grassy areas just about anywhere but the ground is warm and there will be puddles all over the region so much of the snow will melt. Below is what we currently anticipate by 7:30 a.m. Tuesday.
Roads will mainly be wet except for a few spots in the West Virginia mountains where snow could cover a few back roads by 7:30 a.m. Tuesday (2/13/24).
