LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) – A Lexington woman is in police custody after posing as a landlord on Zillow. On Saturday, Lexington police arrested and charged 32-year-old Justina Boggs with theft by deception, unlawful imprisonment, theft of identity, fleeing or evading police (on foot), and fourth-degree assault, according to court documents.
