LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – We have a great weekend setup with some cooler temps and low humidity. Our Saturday will start off a little chillier and not warm up much past that with many temps staying in the upper 70s close to 80 for today. Sunshine will spill over our region with only a few clouds popping up in the second half of the day. High pressure will be dictating our weekend forecast as we track mostly calm skies with spotty clouds only showing up in the overnight – cooler air will be rushing down into our region from areas north of us. You might see some milky skies due to some Canadian wildfire pushing in with the cooler air.
