LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – Part of Winchester Road is closed due to a deadly crash. Police say they were called to Winchester Road at Haley Road at 7:30 a.m. Tuesday for a report of a single-car crash. When they arrived, they found that one vehicle had run off the road.
