When officers arrived at her apartment, Lyvers had left.

But the department received another call around 9:20 a.m. According to an arrest citation, Lyvers allegedly got into the passenger seat of a car that was stopped at a stop sign, held the driver at gunpoint, and ordered her to drive him to a gas station at North Broadway and Loudon Avenue.

An officer found him at the intersection of Fourth and Ohio Streets on an electric scooter but said that Lyvers refused to stop and fled on the scooter. He eventually stopped and was arrested near the 300 block of Ohio Street, police said.

When officers searched the area, they recovered a Glock 26 that matched the description of the gun that Lyvers used earlier in the morning. According to an arrest citation, Lyvers is a convicted felon and has an active protection order against him.
