LEXINGTON, Ky. ( FOX 56 ) — Two men have been arrested in connection with a shooting that happened on Oct. 19 in Lexington.
As FOX 56 News previously reported , the police were called to the 1500 block of Versailles Road regarding a report of shots fired. Authorities said they found two people who had been shot, one of whom had sustained life-threatening injuries.

According to court records, 39-year-old Christopher Reed was shot multiple times along with a female. Police noted that Reed was also found with a gun and nearly 30 grams of methamphetamine.
An arrest citation for Jacob Fogal, 20, noted that he showed up at a hospital after being shot. Fogal allegedly attempted to steal meth from Reed and “dumped his firearm” in Reed’s direction afterward. Later, Fogal reportedly “disposed” of the gun he used.
