LEXINGTON, Ky. ( FOX 56 ) — A Lexington woman was arrested Tuesday after allegedly hitting three cars while attempting to escape police.
An arrest citation said Kentucky State Police attempted to pull over a Kia Forte for an expired temporary registration plate, but the driver drove away from the stop.

While driving away from police, the driver allegedly rammed into two KSP cruisers.
The driver fled on Canary Road behind the shopping complex before she was forced to stop when troopers blocked an exit. According to the citation, when she stopped the car and started running from police, the car began rolling and hit a parked vehicle.
Police said 23-year-old Samayla Parrish was ultimately arrested.
The citation valued the damages to the three cars at around $6,000 to $11,000.
