LEXINGTON, Ky. ( FOX 56 )—A network shift will affect thousands of UK Healthcare patients as of May 1.
Beginning May 1, UK Healthcare is no longer in-network for Cigna members after the two failed to reach a new contract agreement.

“Despite extensive efforts to establish a fair and sustainable fee schedule, UK HealthCare and Cigna were unable to reach a new agreement. As a result, UK HealthCare will no longer be an in-network provider for Cigna plan participants after April 30, 2025,” UK said.
