PIKEVILLE, Ky. (WYMT) – Three men charged in connection to a double murder in the Belfry area appeared in court Friday for a pretrial conference.
Jolon McCree, Orlando Joshua Pack, and Devon Alexander Overstreet were each charged with two counts of murder, one count of attempted murder, and one count of first-degree robbery after two men were killed near the Tug Fork Apartments in 2023.
According to investigators with the Kentucky State Police, Jacob Adair, 28, of Belfry, and Rodney Estep, 38, of Lexington were killed in the October shooting. Reports say a third person, Chasity Adair, 28 years old of Belfry, was also shot and sustained injuries during the incident…
