Father accused of evidence tampering in Lexington case involving death of 2 teens

LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — The man charged in connection with a case involving the death of two teens appeared in court.

Last month, 47-year-old Jesus Reyes-Rodriguez was charged with tampering with physical evidence in connection with the death of Ali Naqvi and the presumed death of Aoun Basboos.

According to the arrest citation, evidence was allegedly located on his property, and police found that other evidence had been destroyed.

Authorities said Reyes-Rodriguez is the father of the 17-year-old accused of allegedly killing the two teens.
