A 25-year-old Madison County man is behind bars after authorities say he attempted to meet a person he believed to be a 14-year-old girl for an inappropriate encounter.
According to the arrest citation, Caleb Hughes, 25, was arrested on June 20 after allegedly sending explicit messages through Facebook Messenger to someone he thought was a minor.
