LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — As temperatures soar across the region, many are finding ways to stay cool indoors. But for those who work outside, like Rumpke driver Douglas Smith, the heat is impossible to avoid.
Smith said the key to getting through it is staying hydrated.
