Lexington family beats the heat to keep food truck business cooking

LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — It’s hot enough outside, but imagine standing over a sizzling grill inside a food truck. One Lexington family is doing just that.

The grill is fired up, and so is the heat at Sabor de mi Tierra, oftentimes reaching up to 110 degrees inside.

“It’s a little warm; we’re a little sweaty,” said owner Alexis Ruiz Esparza.
