LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKRC) – In a surprising twist of fate, Kathy Bailey of Lexington won $50,000 after using fortune cookie numbers to play Kentucky Lottery games online.
Bailey and her family had just finished a Chinese dinner when she noticed her daughter’s fortune cookie. She decided to use the numbers inside to purchase a Powerball ticket online.
