LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – After a busy Saturday afternoon, we have more storm chances in store for the next few days. Our day is starting cooler, with conditions mostly cloudy and in the 70s. Temps will climb into the mid to upper 80s in the afternoon. If you are not caught in an isolated storm, things will feel a bit sticky thanks to higher humidity levels.
The lingering moisture in our skies will fire up some isolated and scattered storms in the afternoon. Many will be able to stay steamy versus stormy, with folks farther east in the state having the best shot of an afternoon shower or storm.
