It has been a rainy week in Lexington, and the forecast won’t dry up any time soon.
Lexington has received rainfall every day since Sunday, accumulating 4.2 inches of rain during that span, according to the National Weather Service. The 4.45 inches of rain Lexington has gotten this month is already well above the monthly July average of 2.76 inches.
