GEORGETOWN, Ky. (FOX 56) — An active scene has been cleared after one person was arrested in Georgetown on Sunday evening, according to authorities.
The Georgetown Police Department posted on Facebook around 8:30 p.m. on Sunday, July 20, that officers were working “an active scene” in the area of Maple Street and Payne Avenue, alongside deputies with the Scott County Sheriff’s Office.
Officers and deputies worked to clear the scene following the arrest.
