Great Bagel & Bakery, a Lexington eatery known for locally sourced ingredients and small-batch bagels, will open its first Louisville location July 28 at 12905 Shelbyville Road in the Middletown Station Shoppes.
The official grand opening is on Aug. 4 and will feature merchandise and gift card giveaways, along with a few surprises.
The new shop is operated by Lara and Robert Swan, the husband-and-wife team behind the farm-to-bagel concept that has earned loyal followings at two Lexington locations.
