WINCHESTER, Ky. (FOX 56) — If you knew Brian Epperson or he had access to your home in the past three years, Winchester police hope you’ll speak with them.
Court documents have tied Epperson to multiple suspicious deaths in rentals booked under his name. He also allegedly placed a hidden camera in an ex-girlfriend’s bedroom.

Epperson has since been charged with murder, video voyeurism, and possession of methamphetamine.
