LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — Students involved in the organization Jobs for America’s Graduates or JAG Kentucky, got gifts to help them get a head start on their next steps.
Hailie Brashears is going to Georgetown College in the fall, but through high school, she was part of the JAG program, where she’s one of 100 students to be gifted a laptop thanks to JAG Kentucky and AT&T Kentucky.
“It’ll help me a lot throughout college with note-taking, research, and general class work. I’m very appreciative and thankful,” Brashears said. “The gesture of AT&T is a very kind thing. It’s great that they’re helping the community. For me, I feel very grateful and lucky.”…
