WINCHESTER, Ky. — The Winchester Police Department is looking for anyone who has ever been in contact with Brian Epperson, especially those who’ve had a personal relationship with him, hired him as a contractor or let him into their home in the past three years.
Epperson is under investigation in connection to the deaths of three central Kentucky women: Kristen Morris, Reacheal Dawson and Hilory Davis.
Morris was found dead in a Powell County Airbnb in May; Epperson is charged with her murder. A medical examiner said the level of meth in her system was nearly 300 times a typical overdose…
