LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – A Lexington man is facing multiple charges after police say dozens of phones were stolen from a UPS facility and resold.
According to an arrest citation, 32-year-old Marcus D. Williams is charged with engaging in organized crime, possession of stolen mail, receiving stolen property and theft by deception.
The citation says UPS security contacted police on July 11 about phones suspected of being stolen from packages at the Mercer Road facility.
An investigation found that at least 42 phones had been taken between May 2023 and July 2025. The stolen phones were then sold at EcoATM locations in Lexington…
