Rescued horses ready for homes after Franklin Co. neglect case

FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) – After months of healing, the horses rescued from a neglect case in Franklin County are showing signs of recovery.

The Kentucky Humane Society made the discovery back in December, after being called to a farm by an investigator with the Office of the State Veterinarian.
