Kentucky’s 50-room Delong Manor sells for $9.3 million

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKRC) – Delong Manor, once listed as the largest home in Lexington, has been sold for $9.3 million. Initially listed in early 2024 at $14.5 million, the price of the expansive estate was reduced by $4 million in late May, bringing it down to $10.5 million before the final sale in July.

The manor, built in 2001 and inspired by a 17th-century English country home, spans approximately 28,000 square feet. It features 50 rooms, including 10 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms, and is situated on an 11-acre property. The estate boasts a 70-foot pool, two pool houses, a custom pergola with wisteria, a croquet garden, and a tennis court.
