NICHOLASVILLE, Ky. (FOX 56) — Two years wasn’t long enough for a dog named Buddy to forget his owner, Zach.
Jessamine County Animal Care & Control (JACC) helped reunite the old friends.

“The instant Buddy saw Zach, his tail wagged furiously, and he couldn’t contain his smile. It was clear he hadn’t forgotten his favorite person for a second,” JACC wrote on Monday, July 28.
It was clear Buddy missed Zach, and their bond picked up right where they left off.
“Now, they have endless time ahead to make new memories, share quiet snuggles, and enjoy each other’s company once again,” animal control said. “We couldn’t be happier to have helped bring them back together. Here’s to their forever friendship—and the happy ending Buddy and Zach always deserved.”…
