A pedestrian was hit and killed by a car in Lexington Tuesday night, and the driver was charged with DUI, according to the Lexington Police Department.
The collision happened just before 11 p.m. near Liberty Road and Liberty Hill Drive, which is near the Fayette County Public Schools bus garage. Lexington police Lt. Dillan Taylor said a man was hit by a car and pronounced dead at the scene.
