LONDON, KY – Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff’s Deputy Zach Allen arrested Fabricio Lopez, age 22, of Lexington, KY on Monday night July 28, 2025 approximately 2:19 PM.
The arrest occurred on Laurel Lake Road near Holly Bay approximately 14 miles west of London after Deputy Allen was dispatched by London – Laurel County 911 Communication Ctr. to a complaint of a single vehicle traffic crash there.
