LEXINGTON, KY (Aug. 26, 2025) – Get free or discounted Uber rides this semester. University of Kentucky students are eligible to participate in the free Wildcab Vouchers program, made possible by a partnership between UK Transportation Services, the UK Student Government Association and Uber.
Wildcab Vouchers provides students with $10 vouchers for up to 10 rides per semester. Vouchers are valid Thursday through Sunday evenings between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. for rides anywhere within Fayette County.
Students are responsible for any amount over the initial $10 when redeeming a ride voucher; however, many rides within the service area are $10 or less, in which case rides will be essentially free to the student…
