NICHOLASVILLE, Ky. (FOX 56) — It was a packed house at the Jessamine County Board of Education building on Thursday night as board members invited community members to a special meeting to discuss the district’s tax rates on real and personal property.
Ultimately, the board decided to maintain its current property tax rate of 67.8 cents per $100, generating more revenue for the 2026 fiscal year than the previous one.
