LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — Aug. 30 was a special day for Rob Perez. He celebrated 35 years of sobriety.
“People that cared along the way helped me through this incredible journey. It’s not over yet. I’m still working at it every day,” Perez told FOX 56.
Now, he’s helping give other people the opportunity to turn their lives around at DV8 Kitchen.

Perez said, “Our mission is to hire people that are in recovery from substance use disorder. And 98% of our folks are from incarceration as well. And we just work on trying to get people jobs.”…
