Family of 3, 5 dogs safe after overnight fire on Castleton Hill in Lexington

LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — Investigators are working to learn what caused a house fire late Wednesday in Lexington.

Firefighters battled the blaze just after 11 p.m. at the 3400 block of Castleton Hill. At the scene, firefighters reported seeing smoke and flames emanating from inside the home.

The Lexington Fire Department confirmed that most of the fire was located in the garage.

Officials told FOX 56 that there were two adults, one child, and five dogs living in the home, and they are all okay…
