LONDON, KY – On September 1st, 2025, at approximately 10:58 pm, Officer Austin Cloyd arrested Betty E Belcher, age 48, of Richmond, KY.
Officers responded to Microtel Inn & Suites for a complaint involving Belcher. Upon the arrival of officers, and making contact with Belcher, she began yelling obscenities at officers and other patrons, engaged in menacing behaviors towards officers and provided false identifying information. After identifying Belcher, Officer Cloyd discovered she had an outstanding Kentucky Parole Violation warrant and placed her under arrest. Belcher was transported to the Laurel County Detention Center…
