1 taken to hospital after vehicle crashes into Lexington fence

LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — One person is in the hospital with minor injuries after a vehicle reportedly crashed into a fence in Lexington on Sunday afternoon.

According to the Lexington Police Department, officers were dispatched around 4:20 p.m. on Sept. 14 in response to reports of a single-vehicle crash with injuries on the 6100 block of Russell Cave Road, which is near Long Valley Lane.

An initial investigation at the scene of the crash showed that a driver had allegedly lost control of their vehicle and driven through a fence in the area.
