LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — Fayette County Public Schools has been making headlines lately, and Tuesday morning, Superintendent Dr. Demetrus Liggins found himself in the state capitol answering hard questions about FCPS budget issues.
Liggins is taking responsibility for the $16 million shortfall and is determined to find out what went wrong.
