Road rage leads Lexington man to reportedly point gun at car with 3 kids inside

LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — A Lexington man is accused of pointing a gun at a vehicle with three children in the car during a reported road rage incident in August.

A criminal complaint alleges that around 7:22 p.m. on Aug. 6, Brayan Ramirez-Molinero told the police he was turning onto Alexandria Drive from Leestown Road. Inside the vehicle were his three children, ages 14, 8, and 5.

Jordan Fay, 40, was riding in a vehicle that turned onto the road behind them, the complaint noted. The vehicle reportedly began excessively honking its horn, and Fay supposedly began flipping off Molinero’s vehicle from the passenger side.
