LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – Lexington police arrested Jon’tay Mattingly in connection with a shooting that seriously injured a city worker.
Mayor Linda Gorton confirmed the worker was Stephon Vanzant. He works for the Division of Waste Management.
Police say a second suspect is still on the run…
